Tube rentals will NOT be available, however, you are welcome to bring your own tube or other non-motorized floating device to use. The swimming area at Panther Island Pavilion will open at 5:00 PM. Tubing/floating is allowed from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Just before dark at 8:00 PM, the water will be cleared to prepare for the fireworks show. ONLY children 30” or taller will be allowed to enter the water. All children 12 years and younger are required to wear a life jacket while in the water. Life jackets are free of charge and are generously provided by TRWD. Supplies are limited so we encourage patrons to bring their own in case the free jackets run out.
No. For the safety of our patrons, we do not allow coolers in the festival grounds and no outside food or beverages are allowed either. The only exceptions are for infant and child nourishment and one unopened bottled water per person.
There is no size restriction on bags that can be brought to the festival, however, all bags and backpacks are subject to search by law enforcement prior to entering the festival grounds.

Yes, but please note that all tents must be taken down by 8:00 PM in preparation for the fireworks show so as not to block other spectators.

Yes, but they must remain on a leash at all times. But before bringing your dog, we do ask you to strongly consider the high noise level of fireworks. Loud fireworks scare dogs and cause them to run away. Bringing a dog is highly discouraged unless you are 100% certain that you can hold on to them.
No. If you are paddling to the festival, access is limited due to safety restrictions on the fireworks. Upstream access ends at the Henderson Street Bridge on the Clear Fork and at the Fort Worth & Western Railroad Bridge on the West Fork. Downstream access ends at the North Main Street Bridge on the West Fork.
